Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain

#REQ0014387

Kramp is Europe’s leading supplier of parts, accessories and services for the agricultural sector. We are a digital company with a strong logistical heart. Our supply chain — with an extensive network of warehouses and transport flows across Europe — is the backbone of everything we do.

To strengthen our Product Organisation within Supply Chain, we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain who feels at home in complex logistics environments and takes ownership from analysis through to implementation.

As a Senior Business Analyst Supply Chain (Warehousing & Transport), you work at the heart of Kramp’s logistics operations. You are responsible for translating complex warehousing and transport challenges into concrete, implemented improvements in processes and IT systems.

This is a hands-on, senior role. You work closely with warehouse operations, transport teams and IT across Europe. You do not stop at analysis or requirements — you ensure that changes are implemented in daily operations and deliver measurable results.

In the coming years, Kramp will undergo major changes, including the implementation of a new ERP system and the setup of a new warehouse. You play a key role in these initiatives by:

  • Analysing end-to-end warehousing and transport processes within a complex logistics network

  • Defining and refining business requirements together with operations and stakeholders

  • Translating these requirements into workable solutions within WMS, TMS and ERP systems

  • Supporting configuration, testing, implementation and adoption of changes in operations

  • Monitoring whether improvements deliver the intended impact on service, cost and efficiency

You work in multidisciplinary product teams and collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Owners, Operations and IT. Your role is to bridge business and IT and to make sure improvements actually work on the warehouse floor and in transport execution.

Who you are

You are an experienced supply chain professional who combines analytical strength with a pragmatic, implementation-driven mindset.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT or a comparable field

  • Several years of relevant experience (typically 3–6+ years) in supply chain, logistics or product-related roles

  • Hands-on experience with warehousing and/or transport processes

  • Practical experience working with logistics IT systems such as WMS, TMS and/or ERP

  • Experience translating business needs into system changes and supporting implementations in operational environments

You are:

  • Comfortable working at the intersection of operations, business and IT

  • Able to distinguish main and secondary issues and translate insights into concrete actions

  • Results-oriented and motivated by improving real-life logistics processes

  • A strong communicator who can bring stakeholders along in change

  • Familiar with agile ways of working within product or project teams

This role is not a junior position and not a purely analytical or BI-focused role.

What do we offer?

We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:

  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a fulltime contract)

  • Flexible working policy in hours and location

  • Travel- and working from home allowance

  • Great budget for training and courses

  • Generous pension plan
