About the role

Kramp is replacing their legacy ERP system with modern cloud based applications for Finance, Procure to Stock and Order to Deliver in a program called Spring. The focus in the program is on simplification and standardization. In this multi-year business transformation program we work with a Systems Integrator, multiple other external parties, internal product teams and technical teams and business people. We are progressing in the implementation of the Finance and Procurement part towards Oracle Cloud, and we are initiating the implementation of the Order to Deliver scope towards Manhattan MAO.

We are searching for a Transformation Manager that will lead the implementation for Order to Deliver for all locations. The Transformation Manager reports to the Director Digital Transformation and reports progress to the program Steerco. Is responsible for steering all work streams, delivering agreed scope, on time and with agreed quality. The OTD stream is embedded in an overall program governance, including PMO and Management of Change. After the first OTD release more end to end responsibility will move towards this role. After completion of the Spring program other programs in the Supply Chain will be planned, where the Transformation Manager will play a leading role.

What will you do

The Transformation Manager is responsible for the successful management of integral and multidisciplinary (Agile) delivery of the technical components in the program for OTD. Bridging between full agile cloud development and waterfall development.

The Transformation Manager ensures that the outcome of the program and change activities contribute to the achievement of our program goals

The Transformation manager closely aligns with the Business and Technical Program Manager, the program core team, the workstream leads (internal and external), Domain Process Owners, SI Delivery Manager, Architects, Technical Analysts and multiple 3rd parties (of which a Systems Integrator)

Responsible for:

  • Managing all program workstreams

  • Planning and clear progress reporting

  • Ensuring the setting and commitment to timelines from all workstreams

  • Ensuring value is provided and business objectives and goals are met

  • Spot warning signs, foresee and remove blockers before they become problematic

Job requirements

  • Bachelor/University education

  • Experience in managing transformation programs successfully, > 5 years

  • Experience with working with (offshore) systems integrator

  • Proven experience in Project/Program Management in an Agile environment in the technical domain

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, excellent in management of expectations

  • Affinity with Information Technology and online business

  • Strong experience in the Supply Chain domain (Order Management, Warehouse Management, Transport Management)

  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)

  • 40 hours/week

  • Work from Varsseveld and Utrecht location for 4 days/week

  • Prepared to occasional travel within Europe (for migrations)
