Facility Management Coordinator

We are looking for a Facility Management Coordinator to support Kramp’s global facility management team.

What is your role?

As a Facility Management Coordinator, you ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Kramp’s fleet, travel, procurement systems, vendors, and suppliers. You are the central point of contact for new employees, suppliers, and partners, coordinating both planned and ad hoc activities while supporting data-driven projects that improve processes globally.

Your specific tasks include:

• Fleet Management: Coordinate drivers, manage leasing portals, monitor contracts, mileage, damages, and invoices in collaboration with HR and Payroll, while maintaining strong relationships with leasing partners.
• Travel Management: Serve as global Travel Manager for Egencia, organize group travel, visas, hotels, taxis, meetings, and liaise with travel partners.
• Procurement & Systems: Create suppliers and purchase orders in Oracle, monitor invoices, manage annual POs, and support indirect high value procurement.
• Financial Coordination: Manage the AirPlus virtual credit card program, oversee monthly statements and global billing, and provide support to Finance teams and Kramp countries worldwide.
• Data Analysis & Supplier Projects: Prepare inputs for quotations, analyze data, develop scenarios, create longlists/shortlists of suppliers, document contracts, and collaborate on larger procurement projects.
   

In this role, you will report to the Group Facility & Real Estate Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Who are you?  

For this job we have a couple of requirements:  

• Higher professional education level and similar experience in a global organization.
• Proactive, organized, and able to prioritize tasks while managing both planned and ad hoc activities.
• Tech-savvy in AI, able to work efficiently with multiple systems and tools, and adapts quickly to new digital processes.
• Able to translate stakeholder input into clear scenarios, weighing pros, cons, costs, and planning implications for informed decision-making.
• Builds strong working relationships with internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders across countries to ensure smooth coordination of operations and projects.
